Heels Class
Description
HEELS is a style of dance that is developed from elements such as jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop combined, all of which involve powerful, yet graceful moves executed with poise.
High Heels are Optional!
Start in a low heel and transition to high heels when you're ready!
Students will learn the basic technique of dancing in heels (low or high) while embracing their femininity.
This class teaches posture, poise and power. As well as an introduction to choreography in an inclusive, fun, safe and beginner friendly environment.

Our studio is safely prepared to
receive students for all classes.

- MASKS: are now optional during dance classes. Face masks are no longer required at this class unless you choose to.
- Studio floors are sectioned off in 8'x8' feet boxes, for individual dance spaces during class.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.
- The facility is disinfected by our cleaning service. And by staff throughout our time at the studio.
- We follow the current mandatory directive on allowed capacity.
