ADULTS BEGINNER BALLET
Our Adult beginner Ballet class is the perfect place to start, whether you’re ready for your first ballet class ever or looking for a gentle re-entry to movement. You’ll be guided through the fundamentals of ballet technique in a welcoming, lighthearted environment.
With an introduction to barre exercises that focus on proper alignment, balance and technical footwork. Providing core, leg strength and flexibility.
Ballet training is a great way to kick off a routine that supports your fitness, strength and posture!
No prior experience is necessary.
All you have to do is enjoy the class and have fun dancing!

Great for Your Physical Fitness
Ballet is one of the best workouts to not only strengthen and tone your entire body, but also to improve coordination and body awareness. Bring on the élevés and relevés to work the lower extremities, especially the calves, ankles and feet, and you too will start seeing results that no other workout can accomplish.

Our studio is safely prepared to
receive students for all classes.

- MASKS: Mask wearing is now optional for Ballet class. Face masks are no longer required, only if you choose to wear it.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.
- The facility is disinfected by our cleaning service. And by staff throughout our time at the studio.
