DRESS REHEARSAL/PICTURE DAY:
Bedford Road Elementary School, 289 Bedford Road, Pleasantville NY 10570
Saturday, June 11th from 10am-12pm, is our Picture Day and Dress Rehearsal.
June 11th - Dress Rehearsal: Your child should arrive with their full costume on. Including costume, stockings (if applicable), dance shoes. Feel free to have your child prepared with hair and Light make up done. Especially if you plan to have them be photographed.
June 11th - Picture Day: The photography company will be set up to take pictures of the dancers when they are off stage during our time there. With individual pictures, and Class group pictures. You may order the photos you’d like on that day there, at the photography table. Your pictures order will be mailed directly to your home, by the company.
FLOWER ORDERS: We have a service that are providing flowers to order, if you’d like to give to your child after the Student Showcase. Please see the list of items and prices that are available for purchase. They will be delivered to you at the school on the day of the showcase. We will have a pick up table at the lobby, outside of the theater.
RECITAL FEE: The recital fee was due by May 21st, 2022. If you have not done so already, please be sure to make the recital fee payment for each child. In order to participate in the showcase, the Recital Fee must be paid.
VIDEOS - NO VIDEO RECORDING ALLOWED DURING THE SHOW: We will have a professional videographer shooting video of the full show. As always, no one is allowed to use their cell phones, tablets or a video camera to record Videos during the show. *Please help us with your cooperation. And by making sure to tell your family members who are planning to attend. Thank You!
Video Recording Will Be Allowed at the Dress Rehearsal ONLY:
Feel free to record your child during dress rehearsal on Sat, June 11th.
The edited video taken at the Showcase on June 18th will be sold for $20. If you would like to purchase a video, you may do so. One of our staff members will be happy to help you fill out the form and take your payment.

MASK REQUIREMENT:
Because of the current spike in COVID-19 cases, we are requiring that everyone in attendance wear a mask at the school facility. Dancers have the option of not wearing one, ONLY during their performance, if the parent allows.

Safely prepared to receive students for all classes
HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
- The facility is disinfected by our cleaning service. And by staff throughout our time at the studio.
- Mask wearing is currently optional at the studio / BUT it is mandatory to wear a mask at the Student Showcase event in the Bedford Road School Theater.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility.
- Studio floors are sectioned off in 7'x7' foot boxes, for individual dance spaces during class.
- We follow the current mandatory directive on allowed capacity.
