**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
VOLUNTEERS:
We have a few spaces left for volunteer opportunities. If any parents, family members or friends would like to volunteer to help with the dress rehearsal (Sat, Jan 20th) and Showcase day (Sat, Jan 27), please contact me (Addie) and let me know as soon as possible. It is important that volunteers have the understanding that the commitment would be for both days - not just one day. If you’re good with that, then your help would be much appreciated!

STAGE DRESS REHEARSAL:
Saturday, January 20th from 11am-1pm
Croton-Harmon High School
36 Old Post Rd South, Croton-On-Hudson, NY 10520
- Hair & make-up do NOT need to be done for Dress Rehearsal, unless you plan to photograph your child.
- Full costumes MUST be worn. Please make sure to remember all pieces to your dancer’s costume(s).
- Pack a small Snack and a beverage.
- Please plan to drop off your dancer(s) at the check-in desk upon arrival.
- Pick up time will be at 1pm. Only staff and volunteers are allowed in the auditorium during dress rehearsal.

TICKET VOUCHERS:
Tickets went on Sale on Sat, Jan 6th, 2024
Each family will be given vouchers for (2) Tickets for each child in the program. Addie will
give you your code at your request. So be sure to ask for your Voucher Code to secure your
Winter Showcase seats. Additional paid tickets can be purchased on the same order.
VOUCHER CODE - (For Rows D-S Only)

ASSIGNED SECTIONS FOR VOUCHER TICKETS:
- Please note that your (2) tickets (at no additional charge), are valued at $20 each ($40).
$20 tickets are the same cost as seats in “Rows D through Row S.” Which are only the seats that are associated with the code of the 2 tickets included (at no additional cost).
$25 tickets are the same cost as seats in “Rows A, B and C”.
If you want to sit in rows A-C, tickets are sold separately for $25 each.
*The code for the 2 tickets included are not valid for that section (Rows A-C). The code is only for Rows D-S.
SHOW ATTIRE:
Your child should arrive with their costume on; including stockings, shoes, hair and make up.
- Ballet Dancers Recital Hair: Hair should be parted on the left side and slicked back into a high bun at the top/crown of your dancer’s head.
- Hip-Hop Dancers Recital Hair: Hair should be parted on the left side and slicked back into a high bun at the top/crown of your dancer’s head.
- Latin Dance Recital Hair: Your child should wear their hair half-up in the front and the back half down (loose). Please make sure the front hair is completely slicked back - no bangs hanging out. If your dancer’s hair is too short to do in the specified style, please talk to me ahead of time.
- Girls Earrings: Diamond-like stud earrings will be the only allowed jewelry. No chains or bracelets allowed.
- Make-Up: We recommend dancers wear light eye makeup, soft blush shade and a light color lipstick. It is recommended to have your dancer wear at least a little make-up so they do not get washed out on stage
BACKSTAGE DROP OFF AND DISMISSAL:
Drop Off - your dancer should be dropped off at the auditorium, with a staff member for backstage access upon arrival. Ushers will help families/friends find their seats until show time.
Dismissal - In an effort to make the dismissal run smoothly, we ask that only one parent/guardian pick up their dancer at the checkout station.

VOLUNTARIOS:
Nos quedan algunos espacios para oportunidades de voluntariado. Si algún padre, familiar o amigo desea ofrecerse como voluntario para ayudar en el ensayo con vestido (Sab, Enero 20) y el día del Showcase (Sab, Enero 27), comuníquese conmigo (Addie) y hágamelo saber lo antes posible. Es importante que los voluntarios tengan el entendimiento de que el compromiso seria para los dos días - no solo un dia. Su ayuda sería muy apreciada!
Ensayo con Vestido del escenario: Sábado - 20 de Enero de 2024 de 11a-1p

- NO es necesario peinarse ni maquillarse para el ensayo este día.
- DEBEN llegar con sus vestidos completo puesto. Por favor asegúrese de recordar todas las piezas a tu(s) trajes (es) de su bailadora(or).
- Empaque un pequeño refrigerio y una bebida.
- Por favor, planee dejar a su(s) bailarín(es) en la entrada a su llegada.
- El horario de recogida será a las 1pm. Sólo se permite el acceso al personal y a los voluntarios auditorio durante el ensayo general.

BOLETOS DE ENTRADAS DE PRESENTACION:
Las entradas salieron a la venta el Sábado 6 de Enero de 2024
Cada familia recibirá vales para (2) boletos por cada niño en el programa. Addie le dará su
código cuando usted lo solicita. Así es que asegúrese de solicitar su código de cupón para
asegurar sus asientos en Winter Showcase.
Se pueden comprar boletos (pagados) adicionales en el mismo pedido.
CODIGO DE BONO - (Solo Para las Filas de D-S)
*Importante!
SECIONES ASIGNADAS PARA BOLETOS:
- Por favor, tenga en cuenta que sus (2) boletos tienen el valor de $20 cada uno ($40).
Los boletos de $20 es el mismo costo de los asientos en las “Filas D hasta la Fila S”. Lo cuales solo son los asientos que están asociados con el código de los 2 boletos incluidos (sin costo adicional).
Los boletos de $25 es el mismo costo de los asientos en las “Filas A, B y C”.
Si quieren sentarse en las filas de A-C, se venden los boletos aparte a $25 cada uno.
*El código de los 2 boletos incluido no se usan para esa sección (Filas A-C). El código es solo para las Filas D-S.
VESTIMENTA:
Los niños deben llegar vestidos con trajes y zapatos. Las chicas se peinan y maquillan (incluyendo medias), zapatos, cabello y maquillaje.
- Cabello para bailarines de Ballet: El cabello debe dividirse en el lado izquierdo y peinarse hacia atrás en un moño alto en la parte superior/corona de la cabeza de la bailarina.
- Cabello para recital de bailarines de Hip-Hop: El cabello debe dividirse en el lado izquierdo y peinarse hacia atrás en un moño alto en la parte superior/corona de la cabeza del bailarín.
- Cabello para bailarines de Baile Latino: Su hija debe llevar el cabello medio recogido en la parte delantera y medio trasero suelto (suelto). Asegúrate de que el cabello frontal esté completamente peinado hacia atrás, sin flequillo colgando. Si el cabello de tu bailarina es demasiado corto para peinarlo con el estilo especificado, habla conmigo con anticipación.
- Aretes para niñas: Los aretes con forma de diamante serán las únicas joyas permitidas. No se permiten cadenas ni pulseras.
- Maquillaje: Recomendamos a los bailarines usar maquillaje de ojos claro, un tono de rubor suave y un lápiz labial de color claro. Se recomienda que tu bailarina use al menos un poco de maquillaje para que no se desvanezca en el escenario.
DEJACIÓN Y SALIDA ENTRE BASTIDORES:
Entrega: Su bailarín debe ser dejado en el auditorio, con un miembro del personal para acceder al backstage a su llegada. Los ujieres ayudarán a las familias y amigos a encontrar sus asientos hasta la hora del espectáculo.
Salida: En un esfuerzo por que la salida se desarrolle sin problemas, solicitamos que solo un padre/tutor recoja a su bailarina en la caja.
